Firebrand Services Group is a leading National Fire & Life Safety Management company, specializing in servicing multi-location retailers and restaurants. Headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, we partner with America’s top vendors who share our passion for delivering a superior level of service. This position is responsible for managing inspections and repairs with our vendor partners to ensure quality and on-time work completion.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, create and dispatch new work orders via work order management system
- Daily follow up with vendors regarding work orders in progress to ensure on-time completion
- Answer incoming calls from technicians and provide authorization for additional work
- Respond to client inquiries
- Manage and recruit new and existing vendors to enhance and strengthen vendor network
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service/dispatching experience
- High level initiative and strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and process high volumes of work with great accuracy
- Punctual and dependable
* Previous experience in a trade industry preferred (fire, electrical, plumbing or HVAC)
