Crown Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to fill an opening with a local manufacturing company in Tupelo, MS.
Brief Job Description and Requirements:
- This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 5+ years experience in HR Automotive required

- Job Detailed: The Human Resources (HR) Manager will lead and guide the Human Resources Department in various aspects including payroll, benefits, employee relations, training, health and safety, recruitment, performance management, and legal compliance.
- Lead and supervise the HR team, Health and Safety, and Reception to ensure efficient task performance and adherence to schedules
- Collaborate with the Safety team to enforce proper safety protocols
- Design, implement, coordinate, and administer HR policies and procedures
- Generate and provide reports to Corporate as necessary
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, headcount management, and in-house programs
- Manage leaves related to Workers' Comp., disability, and FMLA
- Administer progressive rates and performance evaluations for all employees
- Ensure compliance with training records as per Quality and Environmental Systems requirements
- Act as a consultant to senior management on company policies, procedures, and legislation interpretation
- Mediate issues related to disciplinary actions, performance standards, etc.
- Cultivate a fair, equitable, and non-disciplinary work environment
- Liaise with governmental bodies and legal entities regarding HR activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; HR designation preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Thorough understanding of payroll and benefits administration
