```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Entry-level Assistant Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and service. Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen environment. Schedule is from 3:00-Close on Thursday and Friday, and 1:00-Close on Saturday and Sunday.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation and plating
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards
- Manage inventory control to minimize waste and ensure proper stock levels
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
Skills:
- Kitchen experience necessary
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
