Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident, dependable, bi-lingual customer service coordinator to help with the organization scheduling e-dispatches and taking incoming calls for appliance repair business. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and helping the team achieve excellent customer service. A composed self-starter with great initiative and positive attitude.
Duties:
- Answer phone with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage and prioritize e-dispatches confirming information sent from manufacturer
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule calls using zip code list and key map
- Help with reports, credits, part verification.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to type without looking at keyboard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Dependable and punctual
