Essential Functions

Patrols, responds and records incidents that occur at properties. Uses intervention techniques when rules when needed.

Maintains surveillance of properties through cameras and patrolling routes.

Conducts crowd control during meal times or when other special events occur.

Reports hazards and issues parking citations.
Job Requirements

CA Guard Card certification required.

High School Diploma or GED.
-
Adult CPR/First Aid&AED certified.

Basic user of MS Office.

Be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience; possesses a valid California driver's license; and has no Class 1 or more than two Class 2 violations within the past 36 months.

Participate in an annual Tuberculosis screening and/or other screenings when necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be granted where appropriate.

This position protects the property and ensures the safety of staff, clients, and visitors by patrolling assigned areas.
