We offer a suite of weight loss and wellness treatments in a spa-like atmosphere, which include medical weight loss, body sculpting, anti-aging treatments, facials, IV drip therapy, intramuscular shots, and injections.
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our team of wellness professionals working together to build a community where people feel comfortable and empowered to jump start and maintain their journey to better health and wellness.

Duties
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Assist APRN with all aspects of aesthetic treatments including Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers
- Maintain patient records and update medical charts in zenoti
- Reconstitution of neurotoxins and readying supplies for all injections
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and scanning documents and inventory tracking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic - prepping patients and treatment rooms, room turnover and prep, ensure patient flow and timely appointments
Qualifications
- Be a Certified Medical Assistant comfortable with phlebotomy
- 1+ year of continuous employment in a Med Spa or Medical Office environment as a Medical Assistant. Dermatology or Aesthetic experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and communicate protocols, procedures, and other information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
Skills
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Front desk skills: Ability to greet visitors, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, call patients due for follow-ups, and provide excellent customer service.
- Medical office protocols: Knowledge of medical office procedures, including patient scheduling, medical records management and HIPAA.
