Boutique entertainment law firm seeks bright go-getter administrative assistant and billing clerk. This position will require wearing a few hats supporting billing coordinator, attorneys, and handling various front-desk responsibilities. We want to find someone with an enthusiastic eye for detail and who is comfortable thinking on their feet.
Responsibilities will include:
- Calendar management & scheduling: setting meetings, calls, appointments, travel, etc.
- Communication with clients, attorneys and various parties; occasional correspondence on behalf of attorneys
- Managing invoices from entering attorneys’ time, distribution of pre-bills and invoices, to following up on collections
- Document management and organization
- Answering phones, greeting and assisting clients as needed
Requirements include:
- 2 years solid prior office experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
- Detail oriented, resourcefulness, flexibility, and exceptional teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Familiarity with Worldox DMS and Tabs3 Billing Software preferred, but not required.
