**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
- Ability to pass a background check with flying colors
**Responsibilities:**
- Implement creative and engaging behavior intervention plans crafted by the BCBA
- Capture detailed data on client progress with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Deliver impactful one-on-one behavior therapy services with passion and dedication
