Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support our network team with daily server management, user account administration, and network queue monitoring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining documentation, participating in infrastructure development projects, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Additionally, the role includes on-call duties on a rotational basis to address critical network issues. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in a computer-related field and three years of specialized experience in network planning and implementation.
Duties:

Assist the network staff with daily management of servers, create and manage user accounts, access to files, rights to groups, etc.
- Assist in monitoring the SHA network Maximo queue, triage and resolve service requests
- assigned to the queue.
- Document resolutions in the service request worklog.
- Attend staff meetings as well as other meetings as required.
- Document knowledge base as well as create, update, and maintain documentation.
- Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure development, including patching,
- expansion, and enhancement.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings and meetings with others within department as required.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies and procedures are being met.
- Follow on-call duties as a part of an on-call rotation,
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related scientific or technical discipline.
- Five (5) years of experience in a computer-related field.
- Three (3) years of progressive experience in planning, designing, implementation, and analyzing data or telecommunications networks.
