Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide product information and technical support to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably B2B sales role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as warm calling and telemarketing
- Ability to effectively market and sell products or services to a diverse customer base
