4 to 5 years’ experience:
This work will include laptop imaging, answering Help Desk calls and laptop deployment onsite.
1. Helpdesk / Customer Service and Support, ServiceNow, MS Windows and O365, Intune, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
2. Troubleshooting, VPN, Active Directory, Azure, and Communication Skills.
Desired skills/Certifications:
1. CompTIA certifications – or equivalent below.
2. A+ Certification
3. Microsoft Certifications, ITIL Certifications.
