Job Summary
The Human Resources Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team by handling office support requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operation.
- Schedule and book meeting rooms for visitors.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Coordinate monthly all staff meetings and the all-employee training schedule.
- Greet visitors and office personnel to determine their needs.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Monitor TravelPerk business travel entries.
- Stock and organize office kitchen.
- Answer incoming calls and perform other office management duties as needed.
Education and Experience
- AA degree required (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Administrative experience preferred.
- 1-3 years’ experience in office management or office administration preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 suite.
- Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills.
- Excellent time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Detail oriented.
Working Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
Travel Requirements
Little to no travel required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
