As a talent associate, you will be responsible for supporting a high volume of hourly, management and executive searches, and cultivating strong client relationships. Prior experience in an in-house or agency recruiting role is preferred. You must also bring tireless curiosity, exceptional attention to detail and unblemished professional ethics and integrity to our firm.

- Sourcing, screening and selecting high-quality candidates to fit each client’s unique needs and culture
- Leading, inspiring and influencing team members and clients
- Cultivating candidate and client relationships to build robust talent and business development pipelines
Responsibilities
- Executing the full recruiting lifecycle for key leadership roles
- Assessing client needs and advising on talent acquisition and retention strategy
- Recommending talent acquisition processes, tools and practices to increase our team’s overall impact
- Delivering trainings to enhance the recruiting capabilities of E|H employees and client leaders
- Attending client meetings to review progress, answer questions, and discuss opportunities
- Providing regular client status reports and proactively escalating potential concerns or issues
- Nurturing relationships to expand E|H’s network, strengthen our brand, and identify prospective candidates and clients
Experience & Education
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality management preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and relationship building skills
- Experience building, leading and developing high-functioning teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; human resources, psychology or related field preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
