RF Technicians:
- Perform all trades and duties associated with cellular/electrical construction
- Be adaptable to learning new technologies
- Must be able to work varied shifts
- Anritsu certification highly desirable
- Work in elevated areas in man lift
- Previous / Current Tower Climber experience preferred
- Must be Proficient at using industry Testing equipment
- Must be able to Read and Understand Construction Drawings
- Must be Proficient at computer-based programs
- Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner
RF Technician Knowledge of:
Andrew Connector certification
ComTrain with certification
RF awareness
PIM Testing, JDSU, Anritsu Fiber Testing
Anritsu certification is highly desirable, but any certification in regard to safety, connectors, and sweeping is a plus

Civil Construction / Laborers:
- Assist construction site workers in erecting structures and demolition.
- Unload and load construction materials
- Distribute materials
- Erect concrete forms and scaffolding
- Drill and blast into earth and rock
- Mix and pour concrete and asphalt
- Level concrete and earth using trowels and shovels.
- Remove debris
- Operate Heavy Equipment to include, Mini-Ex, Bobcat, Excavators, Backhoes etc. (once certified/trained)
- Signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance
- Operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators and tampers

Electrical Technician:
Only experienced personnel with commercial electrical construction knowledge need apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- On-site journeyman lead electrician
- Must know how to start and finish the electrical SOW
- Must be familiar with the current NEC and local JX requirements
- Must know how to read and understand electrical drawings, piping diagrams, job specifications, mounting specs, testing procedures, etc.
- Complete journeyman knowledge of commercial AC and DC power systems
- Large 2”- 6” underground conduit placement
- 2” - 6” Rigid and EMT experience a plus
- General overall commercial construction knowledge preferred
- Be adaptable to learning new technologies
- Must be PC literate
- Must be able to work varied shifts
Job Requirements:
- California Journeyman Card
- Valid Driver’s License
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial electrical construction
- Ability to manage projects effectively and fairly
- Ability to work with other companies/sub-contractors/clients
- Positive attitude, team leader, self-starter, results oriented, and ability to take direction from Electric Tech management and supervisors
- California-certified required*
