We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team and become our Full Charge Bookkeeper.
Below are some of the duties and roles, but they are not limited to:
This can be a full time or part time position and Pay depends on experience and level of knowledge of Accounting, business background.
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Payroll
Daily and Weekly Reports
Month End Reports
Alerting management to discrepancies and inconsistencies in reports
Run Deposits
Various Administrative Tasks
Manage employee files and new hire packets
Manage vendor documents and W-9s
Organize office and assist employees in ways that optimize procedures
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Maintain office supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Other duties as required
Skill requirements:
Strong Computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong numeric ability and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
Ability to adapt and work well alongside teammates in various departments.
Must possess superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently.
Must be highly motivated with a high productivity level.
Experience:
2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience.
Payroll processing and payroll tax experience.
Associates degree or higher preferred.
