Sales Account Manager

As a Claims Manager for Asset Recovery Inc., you will be responsible for the contracting of clients and continued management of a pipeline generated through our call center. The right candidate will demonstrate polished sales experience consistently exceeding expectations, be comfortable working over the phone and possess strong motivation to execute Asset Recovery’s core mission.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and follow up with previous contacts
Understand customer needs and claim requirements
Manage the contracting of new clients
Provide client updates as needed throughout the claim process
Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED certificate or equivalent
Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Internet browsing software
Call Center / Telephone Sales/ Collections experience of 3 years or more
Real Estate experience is a plus (Title Company / Mortgage Originators and Processors)

Pay:
Base pay plus commissions and bonus. If you’re meeting expectations, you will be making $100K+ annually. If you hit certain attainable milestones and do not make at least 100K, Asset Recovery will make up the difference. Paid Weekly!
Hours:
Full Time 9hrs (M-F) (9:00AM - 6:00PM). Saturday hours are not required, but our offices are open.
Location:
Historic University Building in the heart of Downtown Denver on the 16th St. Mall. Conveniently located near RTD Light Rail and bus. Lots of great restaurants and things to do and see in the vicinity.
