Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
o Keep the Magnolia brand top of mind for all real estate agents through positive, consistent, and high energy interactions
o Foster strong, positive relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
o Organize and host successfully attended Magnolia sponsored events
Team Engagement:
o Participate in weekly team and CSR meetings, updating all on client experience reviews, issues, and successes
o Coordinate and participate in quarterly community nonprofit events
Communication:
o Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about Magnolia events, programs, and sponsorships
o Proactive outreach to agents, brokers, vendors and employees, recognizing milestone events (i.e., birthdays, anniversaries, special accolades)
o Prepare and provide regular reports on client interactions and transaction progress to management
Problem Resolution:
o Own the problem by being responsible for closure on the issue
o Escalate any issues or concerns that arise during the home buying process to the sales manager or company leadership in a professional and timely manner
Customer Service Excellence:
o Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering a personalized and memorable experience
o Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve the quality of service provided
Qualifications:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Driven, proactive, and solution-oriented
· Able to work independently in fast-paced environment
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in real estate or service-related industry
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Location
Our service territory covers Middle Tennessee. Travel is involved to meet new realtors in our expanding market of Murray County, Murfreesboro, Mt. Juliet, Hendersonville, Clarksville, and Ashland City. Our primary focus is currently Davidson and Williamson County. Weekly meetings are in person at the office in Brentwood. Mileage is reimbursed.
