Opportunity
At ChartRequest, Product Managers are instrumental in understanding markets and customers, aligning the team to continually enhance the user experience and drive essential growth metrics. This role demands a highly analytical and empathetic individual, capable of integrating both concrete and subjective data to advance the product daily.
As a Product Manager, you will manage the long-term product vision and translate it into actionable plans. You'll need to understand product KPIs and use data-driven insights to recommend product investments and programs. Building consensus on priorities across the company, leading to product execution and launch, and communicating with senior executives and customers will be key. You'll monitor the adoption, usage, and revenue impact of new services and enhancements, reporting on the release impact as necessary. Engaging with customers through various channels and serving as the internal voice of the customer will be a significant part of your role.
You will enable internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Client Services, Development, and Operations, to communicate the product value proposition and provide excellent experiences to customers and prospects. Evaluating, monitoring, and proposing improvements for product pricing across markets, as well as building business and financial models to demonstrate the ROI of product initiatives, will also be your responsibility.
With a detailed eye for user experience and design, you will ensure features drive high adoption, exceptional quality, and customer enthusiasm. Facilitating ideation within a specific product area through internal brainstorming, user outreach, feedback and usage data analysis, and intimate knowledge of the competitive landscape is essential. Supporting a team of world-class engineers, product owners, and designers throughout the product lifecycle and acting as a mentor and resource to other Product team members will also be a part of your duties. Finally, you will participate in the continuous improvement and scaling of Product Management best practices at ChartRequest, embracing this opportunity to significantly impact the product and the company's success.
As a Product leader at ChartRequest, you will be responsible for owning and crafting both product requirements and value proposition messaging across multiple marketing channels and products including, but not limited to, the ChartRequest Application Suite, the marketing website, global customer acquisition campaigns (video, email, product, website, marketing content). The goal is product-led growth. You will also work closely with the team to ideate and lead discussions pertaining to the continued development of the ChartRequest product and brand as well as production designers to ensure both consistency and power of messaging/visualization in market for the product and brand.
In addition to developing and maintaining the ChartRequest brand and product, you will work cross-functionally within the ChartRequest team to understand broader product and marketing initiatives and how the brand/design team can have an impact on shared goals and KPIs. This position reports directly into the Product Manager at ChartRequest.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Product teams, including Business Analysts, Designers, Product Owners, and Product Managers alongside the Management Team. Cross-functionally support and assist the Sales, Marketing, Development, Operations, and Finance functions alongside the Executive Leadership Team (ELT);
- Cross-functionally support and assist the Sales, Marketing, IT Operations, and Finance functions alongside the ELT) to drive all Product-led Growth initiatives;
- Support the Company Product Development Operating System - a 16 Step Product/Development process from Stakeholder Interviews, Product Planning, Product Design, Product Development, QA, and Communication;
- Work on our product team performing product owner duties for up to two scrum teams, breaking down product roadmap initiatives into right-sized epics and workable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that teams have a shared understanding of what they need to build and why, as well as when, it is needed
- Work cross-functionally with our product, engineering and internal operational teams to decide which problems we solve for our customers, and how we prioritize them
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customer-facing internal teams, and external vendors, to ensure effective product development and timely feature releases
- Review designs, wireframes, and/or, specification documents and translate these into user stories
- Create and maintain product documentation, including, but not limited to, user guides, release notes and product requirement documents
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and communicate product updates and improvements
- Participate in, and contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement and prioritization, daily stand-ups, sprint and product increment planning, sprint review and retrospectives
- Assist in shaping the product vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends
- Create and maintain strategically important schedule and customer-facing reports
- Become an expert in ChartRequest products relevant to your domain and team(s)
- Learn how to troubleshoot, test and validate assumptions using the tools and data available to you
- Create test criteria and test cases as needed to assist QA
- Create new, and manage, existing Product & Development roadmaps, scorecards, and systems dashboards to measure, monitor, and improve key workflows, processes, and Product/Development KPIs (Google Sheets, Jira, Hubspot, Xero and other systems);
- Manage and support data drive decision making for Product-led growth
- Collaborate with ELT and MGMT members to ensure that consistent, effective Product Release communication programs and processes exist throughout the organization and the Company User Community to drive behavioral change and Product-led Growth.
- Represent the interests of our users and market throughout the product lifecycle by leveraging insights from user and market research to identify product enhancements and drive informed, user-centered decisions.
- Participate in Weekly LVL10 departmental meetings and assistance with goal setting across your functional teams of Product & Development.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of B2B Product or Product Design Experience and experience targeting Enterprise customers, preferably in a growth environment (SaaS preferred)
- 5+ years of User Experience and User Interface design with Figma
- Experience with our Product/Dev Stack is preferred: AWS, Ruby, Rails, Node, JavaScript, ReactJS, Postgresql, Linux, Github, Jira, Figma (Preferred)
- Background in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems (Preferred)
- Experience mentoring engineers and product analyst and influencing best practices practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly understand and communicate complex ideas to a diverse range of audiences
- High-level attention to detail and organization with a pragmatic and logical approach to problem-solving and prioritization
- Experience with EOS, LVL10 Meetings, and Rock Setting (Preferred)
Compensation. This role is a sales role with commission based performance. The base compensation will be between $70,000 - $125,000 and the On Target Earnings will be between $85,000 - $150,000 dependent on leadership and management experience. Prior product management experience is a requirement for this role.
Hybrid Policy. You can live wherever you'd like, but you must commute at your own expense to our office in Atlanta, GA - approximately 8 times per year for mid-quarter and end of quarter meetings.
