DIRECT IN-HOME SALES MANAGER -- MAKE $250K IN THE FIRST YEAR.
Established in 1961, ProEdge Remodeling has become one of the fastest growing home improvement companies in New York & New England. We are now interviewing for a proven Direct In-Home Sales Manager who has what it takes to manage our Buffalo, NY Sales Division.
REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT IN-HOME SALES/SALES MANAGEMENT.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor and motivate current and new sales team members
- Recruit, hire and develop new sales staff
- Train sales team in systems and processes regarding sales contracts and customer service
- Communicate and collaborate with regional manager
- Educate and guide the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in direct in-home sales/sales management preferably in the home improvement & remodeling industry
- Proven record of success in direct sales and sales management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train, mentor and motivate others
- Positive mental attitude
- Valid driver’s license
