```Duties:```
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs as needed
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care
- Follow care plans and document any changes in condition or behavior
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity is maintained
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in direct patient care or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and basic medical terminology
- Knowledge of hospice care, assisted living, or other specialized care settings is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
