We have an exciting opportunity in our Aerospace Engineering department for an Integration, Assembly, and Test Engineer. This full-time position will serve as the IA&T Engineer for missile, satellite, projectile, and other weapon systems. The successful candidate will provide technical support to a multi-disciplinary team distributed between Huntsville, AL, Tupelo, MS, Centennial, CO, Fredericksburg, VA, and San Diego, CA. The IA&T Engineer will support the major weapon system and satellite programs through all phases of the design, development, integration, and test of the weapon systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES:
- Support the development of system test plans, execute ground and flight tests, and document test results.

Assist in the identification, communication, documentation of test objectives, and develop test procedures accordingly.

Support technical interchanges for test activities on major weapon system and satellite programs.

Support test readiness reviews, test event briefs, and post-test debriefs.

Provide on-site test support during the execution of ground and flight tests.

Capture test failure details in defect reports.

Collaborate with GA and customer engineering and program management teams.

Provide documentation and make technical presentations.

Support development and editing of technical documents.

Job Qualifications:-
Typically requires a bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution. May substitute equivalent engineering experience in lieu of education.
