Responsibilities of a successful Sales Agent (B2B Sales):
- Serves clients (B2B) by selling our suite of products, services and solutions such as:
- Staffing Services and Staff Augmentation
- Physical Security Solutions
- Managed Print Services
- Finds and establishes new accounts
- Services existing accounts
- Prepares sales presentations
- Keeps management informed by submitting regular reports
- Maintains industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and establishing business networks
- Maintains CRM and customer databases and ensures they are up to date
- Attends trade shows and takes required learning courses
Qualities of a successful Sales Agent:

- Desire to learn and grow in a competitive market

- Flexible
- Willingness to attend business networking and Chamber of Commerce events, sometimes before and after the work day.
- Willingness to travel throughout Illinois, as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years Sales experience, preferably business-to-business sales (B2B)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Valid Illinois Driver’s License
- Familiarity with Microsoft Products
Desired Qualifications:
- Background with IT solutions, Staffing, Physical Security Solutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems
This position is salaried, amount based on experience, plus commission.
