Warehouse Customer Service Representative
Daily Duties:
- Manage relationships with multiple customers, addressing account issues/concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Process customer orders
- Print labels and organize bill-of-ladings with pros/pack slips
- Assist with billing direct costs to customers
- Attend daily team meetings
Other Skills:
- Must speak fluent Spanish
- Effectively communicate with direct team and warehouse staff
- Must be organized and work in a timely manner
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple things at one time
- Must be a team player, establishing a good working relationship with customers, drivers and coworkers
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be a critical thinker, inquisitive and have the ability to communicate confidently with coworkers and customers
- Must have attention to detail
- Must have the ability to be flexible and assist where needed
- Must be willing to adapt to change
Required Experience:
- Proficient at Outlook
- Must have professional phone etiquette
- 1 year experience working in an office/data entry position
- Prefer candidates with customer service experience in a warehouse
- Must be able to provide 2-3 professional references
- Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
