Busy Prosthetic and Orthotic company looking to fill receptionist position. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff as well as maintaining high-quality care for patients.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Provide a variant of highly detailed data entry related functions.
- Coordinate multiple practitioners and multiple offices
- Maintain stock between offices
- Dispatching and prioritizing urgent orders and scheduling routine appointments for our patients. As well as outpatient schedules for hospitals and nursing homes.
- Answering a high volume of calls.
- Heavy data entry
Requirements for prospective employees:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Must be confident and comfortable on the phone
- Working knowledge of computers and ability to manage data within an electronic system.
- Can handle a fast-paced office environment.
- Organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Self-starter
