```Duties```
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed
- Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and organizing merchandise shipments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and drive sales
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail software applications
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
