Role Overview: As the Lead Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our online, print, and social media presence. Your creativity and strategic thinking will shape our advertising footprint, engaging audiences, and driving growth. From concept through execution, you will improve our member experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touch-points. Through social media campaigns, employee engagement, member education, and SEO optimization, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing cutting-edge strategies to elevate the RFCU brand across south-central Missouri.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, website, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into marketing strategies.
- Evaluate and explore new marketing avenues.
- Create engagement campaigns for both employees and members of RFCU.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field OR 3-4 years experience in marketing, advertising sales, or related roles.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and HTML5.
- Excellent research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
