About this Role:
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I of the Workforce Development Unit, Strategic Planning, and Workforce Development Division, the Workforce Development Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering employee training programs; consulting with departmental managers and supervisors regarding organizational development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives; assisting with administrative projects and processes, and performing other special projects.
