RGL Associates, Inc. is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Operations Manager who will be responsible for the operation and performance of the company. We are looking for someone who is energetic and knows how to get the job done.
Responsibilities
- Motivating the staff while maintaining the right balance of praise and discipline
- Ability to de-escalate a situation in a professional manner
- Meeting and exceeding collection goals as well as Client & Company expectations
- Ongoing development, improvement and implementation of strategies that will optimize performance and keep our clients happy
- Ensuring staff meets or exceeds expectations for performance, proficiency and professionalism
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and maximum utilization of resources
- Implementing and enforcing departmental policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws/regulations governing debt collection
- Assistance with the hiring, performance evaluation and training of employees
Education, Skills, & Experience
- 2 years minimum experience as a Collection or Operations Manager for a collection agency or call center
- Proven record of success including exceptional management, organizational, analytical & interpersonal skills
- Able to “lead by example”
- Professional in appearance, manner and a "Team Player".
- Strong working knowledge of the FDCPA, HIPAA, and other statutes, laws and regulations as they pertain to the collection industry
