Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic team. Under the supervision of our Clinical Supervisor, you will provide treatment in an outpatient mental health group practice, with supervision hours counting towards licensure with kids, teens, and adults.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake mental health assessments and implement treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one individual and family sessions
- Maintain and update clinical records; write progress notes
- Report any child or dependent adult abuse based on Mandated Reporting Laws
- Provide case management and crisis intervention as needed
- Engage in clinical supervision, staff training, and meetings
- Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school
- Valid Associate license by the BBS
- Excellent engagement and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently using proper judgment
