AVP of Operations: Leading Excellence in Hospice Care Delivery
The Area Vice President (AVP) of Operations is a strategic leader focused on optimizing hospice care delivery across an assigned geographic region. They report to the Senior Vice President of Operations (SVPO) and work closely with leadership to ensure operational excellence aligns with overall business goals. In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package that includes a company car option, this role also has a two-tier bonus structure based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations for a network of hospice care locations, leading a team of Executive Directors, Administrators, and staff.
- Financial and Operational Excellence: Drive efficient and effective processes by analyzing data, implementing improvement strategies, and managing budgets to achieve financial and operational objectives for high-quality hospice services.
- Growth and Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to optimize hospice care delivery and drive growth within the assigned region.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership and the SVPO to ensure regional hospice operations align with the organization's overall business strategies.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of multi-agency operations

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
