We have an immediate need in the greater Atlanta area for an energetic, forward thinking individual to join our team and fill a full-time Entry Level Marketing Manager opening. Our approach revolves around promoting our non-profit partners' messages through interactive, hands-on community outreach events.
The Entry Level Marketing Manager should be outgoing and self-driven; they must be driven to win, but know how to have fun and be comfortable engaging consumers in both group and one-on-one settings. The Marketing Brand Ambassador position involves hands-on training with all the following; the creation and development of fundraising campaigns, the set up/displays/merchandise, the execution / presenting our charity partners’ message to the community, and reporting back the results.
Entry Level Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Attend daily in-office meetings to cover client needs and benchmark goals
- Working with other members of the team as well as leadership and management to ensure all duties and responsibilities of the role are understood and completed.
- Attending events where you are able to interact with members of the community to inform and educate them on the non-profit you are aimed at promoting
- Conducting presentations to various members of the community and answering any questions they may have regarding the charity.
- Use sales techniques to generate community awareness and support, both monetary, in the form of donations, and others.
- Setting up continued communication with donors so that they may stay updated on the progress of the program.
- Participating in an upbeat, team environment and receiving assistance from other team members when needed while also providing assistance to those that need it as well.
Entry Level Marketing Manager Requirements:
- A high school diploma/GED equivalent or a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience working in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales position preferred
- A resilient attitude and a willingness to learn something new.
- A passion for working with people and the ability to publicly speak in front of large and small groups.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- A drive to grow within an organization and be a leader.
