Autova Auto Transport is a rapidly growing auto-hauling company located in Madison Heights, VA, seeking an office manager/ dispatcher to join our team. We are looking for an experienced auto transportation dispatcher/ office manager looking to excel in their position!
Duties:
- Receives/ books loads for the drivers, as well as back hauls to ensure fleet is operating at peak capacity
- Follow-up with customers with “in progress” loads
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers and drivers
- Communicates load plans, routes, and requirements to drivers
- Schedule drivers to timely, efficiently, and profitably meet service obligations • Manage computer dispatch systems and maintain record-keeping for daily reports
- Making sure every load is accounted for and invoiced to the customer and accounting department This is a developing company and the needs of this position can change as we continue to grow, and add other positions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to comply with and support safety-standards, as well as, all regulatory and company policies and procedures
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high stress situations
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
