Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent/ Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Ability to perform night audit duties is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous (Bilingual, Multilingual)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of guest relations and front desk operations
- A degree or certification in Hospitality Management is desirable
