We are looking for an individual with previous experience as a Sales/Finance Manager at an automotive dealership or auto group. The ideal candidate would be one who is driven to excel and be an unmatched leader for our staff! Experience in a Nissan dealership is a huge plus!

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee dealership operations and ensure efficient and effective performance of all departments
- Work with department managers (sales, service, etc.) to set key performance metrics and forecast dealership-wide goals
- Evaluate departmental execution of operations and assess strengths and weaknesses to implement necessary adjustments
- Facilitate reviews with dealerships leaders to provide feedback on where operations are efficient and where improvements can be made
- Manage department-wide quotas and other financial goals and responsibilities with accounting team and sales managers
- Collaborate with marketing representatives to advertise business in an effective manner to attract new customers and grow business
- Measure dealership-wide customer satisfaction indexes to guarantee positive customer experiences
- Stay up to date with manufacturer updates, regulations, requirements, etc., in addition to federal, state and local law regulations
- Ensure a safe, respectable and effective work environment for all employees
- Handle any client or other applicable escalations as needed based on severity
- Other upper-management duties as required
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience at a dealership
- Prior automotive dealership experience in addition to management experience
- Nissan dealership experience is a huge plus!
- Strong management skills and ability to lead
- Exceptional communication skills
- Goal driven and willingness to succeed
