Job Summary
The Assistant Director is responsible , along with, the Managing Director in ensuring the health, safety, and quality of education for all children within the center's care. The Assistant Director supervises and collaborates with the teaching staff to ensure that curriculum and classroom activities are properly delivered, and that the needs of the students and the goals of the center are met appropriately.
Essential Functions:
Supervise the daily work of the CDC teachers to ensure the health, safety, and quality of education for all children delivered consistently, and according to the Center's policies and regulations.
Schedule, and manage exceptions to the staff levels daily.
Create and maintain the appropriate documentation for each student's file to ensure compliance with the Center's policies and and all regulations.
Prepare, maintain and communicate the billing information within the Center's software, currently Brightwheel, for each student
Review and maintain the Wait List. Communicate with families as needed.
One of two staff positions that opens and closes the center each day.
Assume duties of the Managing Director and teachers as needed during their absence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
