Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Service Administrative Assistant. Day-to-day duties include data entry, general administrative tasks, and using excellent communication skills.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Writing work estimates
- Data entry
- Reviewing field technician’s job orders
- Providing general administrative support (Scheduling, filing, mailing, etc.)
- CRM Management
Required:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention details
Skills:
- Microsoft Office
- Mechanically inclined/knowledge (not required, but a bonus)
- Data entry experience or related office experience
- Experience working in a serviced department (preferred)
