**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a competent Montessori Teacher to join our team. Candidate must have Montessori training (any level), and experience working with children in a Montessori classroom.
**Responsibilities:**
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, ages 3-6/ 6-12
-Facilitate a classroom that follows Maria Montessori's philosophy and guidelines, using the materials and lessons to foster child-paced learning, independence, academic growth, and joy and discovery
- Assess students' progress through observation and lessons, and keep records of progress
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals if needed, to help each child thrive
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in Montessori lessons and philosophy
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience working with children in a Montessori classroom
- Knowledge of childhood development principles

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
