Supreme Garage Door is in search of an Operations / Sales Manager.
This position exists to support the day to day operations of Supreme Garage Door. The Operations Manager will support the CEO/General Manager in the oversight of technicians, Sales,inventory, fleet maintenance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Management, support and coaching for up to 15 field technicians:
- Provide performance assistance to technicians weekly. One on One’s. (examples would be: sales assistance, technical solutions, overview of statistics and coaching to address solutions. And where necessary implement disciplinary actions).
- Manage the Technician schedules and ensure proper feedback on schedule limitations, days off, sick days and vacations and communicate directly to their Team leader and job assigner.
- Work with suppliers, vendors and technicians to manage the pickup and delivery of inventory.
- Assist Technicians in the field and participate in ride alongs as needed.
- Travel to job sites for an unannounced audit of quality of work.
Customer Relations:
- Ability to identify potential clients and establish/maintain relationships.
- Work with the customer relations team to address any unresolved or escalated customer issues to address and resolve in a timely manner.
Fleet Management:
- Maintain a monthly insurance audit of all vehicles.
- Work with technicians for vehicle maintenance needs.
- Maintain vehicle title and licensing records.
- Weekly check with all technicians to ensure all vehicles are clean.
- Continuous monitoring and inspection of vehicles to ensure effective and efficient performance to minimize downtime.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred prior knowledge in the garage door industry, service industry or home repair industry industry.
- A minimum of 3 years management experience and supporting and training a team required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of moving, standing and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Job Type(s): Full-time Salaried and Bonuses:
$70,000.00 to $80,000.00 / yearly: Depending on qualifications.
