Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and merchandise displays
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist customers who speak different languages
- Ability to upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or issues over the phone
- Familiarity with electronics sales, technology sales, wireless sales, or related industries is a plus
