Position Overview:
Infinity Provisions, a trusted purveyor of Boar's Head® Brand products, is a renowned provider of high-quality foods to supermarkets, committed to delivering exceptional products and service to our customers. We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts receivable and customer order entry. This is a full-time, non-remote position based at our warehouse/office.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
- Electronically deposit checks received from customers.
- Contact customers to request payments.
- Issue invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Ability to work with QuickBooks for financial tasks
- Experience with payroll processing and budgeting is a plus
Order Entry:
- Receive customer orders via email, phone, and text.
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system.
- Print pick tickets for the cooler staff to prepare orders for delivery.
Customer Service:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer concerns or requests.
- Communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing.
General Administrative Duties:
- Assist with various office tasks as needed to support operations.
Key Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in order entry and invoicing.
- Strong Organization Skills: Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Effective Communication: Communicate internally and externally with clarity.
- Experience with Microsoft Products: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts receivable and customer order entry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software and electronic systems for order entry and invoicing.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday at our warehouse/office.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong commitment to accuracy.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
