Pay Range: The Sales Advisor has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $23.25. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing advice and assistance to customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale; performing a variety of duties that pertain to creating an attractive environment for customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Arranges merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria.

Approaches customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy.

Provides information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise.

Locates products on behalf of customers.
-
Deals with complaints in a patient and helpful manner.
-
Takes and records orders through a computer system in person or over the phone/e-mail.

Updates customer information in databases.
-
Goes the “extra mile” to meet targets.
-
Monitors shelves inventory and unloads new products when needed.
-
Operates cash registers and close daily revenues.
-
Maintains a clean and orderly environment in the store.
-
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Valid Drivers License, Sales License

Computer skills required: Google Workplace (GMAIL, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet), DealerSocket CRM
