We are seeking a Clinical Director that has obtained licensure as an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The role of the Clinical Director fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, addresses patient and staff concerns, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Their leadership and vision are vital for maintaining operational excellence and achieving positive patient outcomes. What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
- Analyze lab results and imaging studies to accurately diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication prescriptions.
- Educate and empower patients through comprehensive health education, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
- Offer compassionate counseling and support to patients and their families, addressing both medical and emotional needs.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
- Refer patients to specialists as necessary to provide the highest level of care.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
