Client Account Executive
Compensation: $85-90K
Reports to the Regional Vice President and responsible for driving overall client satisfaction and site compliance through communication, compliance, and training to meet contractual obligations and exceed client and company expectations.
The Security Account Manager is accountable for day-to-day operations of an assigned client site or sites. Manages a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors. Provides training, coaching, performance management, support, and retention of staff. Builds, improves, and maintains relationships with clients and employees, coordinates needed support services and solves problems to effectively run the site(s). Provides after-hour emergency response as required.
Responsibilities
Client Meetings

Schedule client meetings to discuss performance, staffing, training, and overall expectations.
- Document each client meeting to ensure that the client's needs are documented and addressed by utilizing the Client Success Document and utilize Reports t in Lighthouse.

Send client and regional leadership communications.
Site Compliance

Ensure all staff are following Arrow Security's protocols and the client's policies and procedures.
- Inspect uniforms, equipment & vehicles.
- Post Order Compliance

Reinforce post orders to ensure that each officer has a full understanding of what is expected on site.

Uniform Compliance

Ensure all security team members are properly trained before working in any position.

Train security officers.
- Supervision of Operations Team and Field Management.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

Experience budgeting and forecasting

Familiarity with business and financial principles

Excellent communication skills

Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
