Custom Cabinet Manufacturer seeks a highly motivated individual to develop and manage a sales/design team for our New Lenox Showroom. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Cabinet Industry, including design, layouts, drawing and management. He or she will be required to handle multiple projects at once while providing exceptional customer service.
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop a team to prospect builders, contractors and developers to sell custom cabinetry
Work with the team to collaborate with retail customers & contractors on the design, materials, and selections available
Develop, implement and maintain marketing and advertising
Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all paperwork submitted by the team
Maintain a high standard of customer service and sales productivity
Position Requirements
Hire, manage, train and develop a successful sales team
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer skills including Microsoft Access and Office
Ability to multitask and quickly change directions based on customer needs
Education and/or Experience
Proven ability to drive sales and profitability.
Experience on 20/20 and/or Vision cabinet software
Experience in cabinetry or related construction field
