Job Overview:
Looking for an experienced pool technician, but willing to train the right candidate! Self-starter, reliable and loves the outdoors. In this position, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and service of the pools on a specific route. You will work outdoors and conduct daily scheduled pool service, water, and maintenance following company procedures and report any customer service issues in the route. Responsibilities:
- Company provides vehicle and supplies.
- Drive to each location.
- Test chemical levels.
- Calculate how chlorination and pH levels affect water and adjust as needed.
- Clean and remove debris from the surface and interior of the water.
- Maintain pool equipment and report back to service manager if repairs are needed.
- Upload readings to the company software.
- Add chemicals to the chemical tanks or body of water.
- Be efficient with chemical usage and time management, ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in pool cleaning, maintenance, or a related field helpful not required.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments.
