Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist and Weekend Receptionist
Job Summary:
Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs is seeking to hire a Part-Time Receptionist and a Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents, families, and visitors. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our community, and you will play a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and residents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Working Conditions:
- Part-time position with flexible hours
- Weekend-only position available
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
