Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying
- Accounts receivable, invoicing.
- schedule appointments for tehnicians.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and Pest Pac software
- Answering phones, customer service.
- Social Media Experience helpful.
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including QuickBooks
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
-Billing, Accounts Receivable
- Previous experience in social media is a plus
- Familiarity with office management procedures
