In the role of Office Administrator & Marketing Assistant, you will be supporting Nelson & Co.'s operations and marketing efforts by:
- Managing office administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, organizing files, and ordering supplies.
- Assisting with social media marketing activities, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Supporting recruiting efforts at universities, including coordinating career fairs, posting job openings, and communicating with potential candidates.
This position requires that you have the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Things that would be nice-to-have and could push you to the top as a candidate, include:
- Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
- Familiarity with HVAC industry terminology and concepts.
- Experience with recruiting or talent acquisition.
