A global law firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for their Chicago, IL office. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in marketing and/or business development and have prior experience in marketing at a law firm.
The responsibilities include:
-assist with business development and marketing projects
-assist with preparing business proposals and pitches
-maintain the database including matter lists, contact lists and tracking
-support the preparation and submission of rankings, awards, league tables and other recognitions
-update the firm’s information on the firm’s intranet and firm website
-draft and edit the practice group’s descriptions, lawyer biographies and client presentations
-conduct research on clients and prospective clients and gather market and competitive intelligence
-collaborate with the creative team to produce branded materials for sponsorships, client events, advertisements and other activities
-work with the business development and marketing team members to plan firm and client events

A Bachelor’s Degree is required and prior law firm experience. The candidate should have excellent writing and proofreading skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM (Salesforce) is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
