About the Role
We are seeking talented Sales Representatives who are team players with a successful track record in SaaS or hospitality-technology products. Successful candidates will possess a reputation for competence, professionalism, a willingness to learn, and a passion for winning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound lead generation.
- Engaging prospective customers through targeted emails, calls, and executing polished demos of our platform.
- Clearly articulating our value proposition to hotels and their surrounding restaurants.
- Building trust with hotel managers, restaurant owners, and other decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Documenting activities in HubSpot.
Professionals with experience in hotel management or existing relationships with hotels are strongly encouraged to apply! These connections will greatly enhance your ability to close deals. While our management team assists with big demos, we are looking for closers.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- Previous experience in sales (ideally hotel or restaurant sales) and/or SaaS.
- Understanding of Blizzfull's client requirements and CRM tools.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to drive deals through the entire sales cycle and document activity in HubSpot.
- Great attitude, eagerness to learn quickly, and ability to close deals.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 3 years of experience in a Sales role.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, POS Systems, Slack, and various other tech/startup tools.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new concepts.
- Eagerness to be coached and learn about the hospitality ecosystem.
- Commitment to self-improvement and success.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets.
